Blue Cow Software customer Caywood Propane has experienced great success integrating mobile communications and applications into their day-to-day operations, including customer communications and management. Owner Chris Caywood wrote this article for LP Gas Magazine to explain how and why they have made the move to mobile.

“We have made a tremendous amount of progress in our business operations and customer offering, and your Ignite software is playing an important part in the process. So is your support team. They have worked diligently with us to make the most of the tools we have,” writes Chris.

“We are in the process of rolling out monitors on all company-owned tanks, regardless of their Auto-Fill or Will-Call status. We also have aligned our discount program to increase auto-fills and digital orders. When I looked earlier this week, our digital orders this year are 20% of our will call orders, up from less than one-tenth of 1% one year ago. Many of those orders are being placed with the app. This is great progress.”
