Remote Control: With your permission we are able to remotely connect to your computer via the internet to assist you.

On Site Support Options:

On-site training is included with your purchase of Ignite Enterprise.  Often it can be very beneficial to have one of our consultants return to your office for further training.  While there, our consultant can see how you are using the system and provide suggestions for streamlining processes and finding time saving shortcuts to manage the different facets of your business.

New Hire?  We are also available to train any new hires you may have.

Unlimited Access to Online Webinars: Webinars

Webinars are meetings and/or training sessions that occur over the internet.  These scheduled training sessions are a great way to learn about new features or perhaps brush-up on a feature you haven’t used in a while.  All you need is an internet connection and a phone to attend a Webinar Session.  This is not only an effective way to learn about a new feature but also it is a great way to talk to other fuel companies to see how they are doing something.

Access to User Group Meetings:

Blue Cow Software hosts a User Group Meeting once a year.  The User Group Meeting is a great place to meet other Ignite users as well as industry professionals and discuss trends in the market as well as their usage of Ignite.  Blue Cow Software professionals present our corporate culture, what’s new in the current year and our plans moving forward.  It’s a day filled with education, business sharing and laughter!

Free Software Upgrades:

While other software companies may make you purchase new versions of their software, we do not.  Often the cost of their upgrades are about the same cost as your initial software package.  However, we are different and we typically release new software quarterly and your Complete Care package entitles you to receive these at no cost.

SafeTNetSafeTNet

SafeTNet is an offsite backup solution.  This ensures your data is backed up securely, off-site.  We also monitor the backups to ensure they run successfully and will notify you should any issue occur.
